Since rolling out Facebook Live to people and publishers around the world, we’ve seen incredible adoption and engagement with the new format.

We’ve been inspired by the creativity we’ve seen so far, and with this bi-weekly series, we’ll highlight some interesting Facebook Lives from the past two weeks.

Here are 10 standout live videos:

 1. Lady Gaga went live with the Dalai Lama to discuss the power of kindness, finding inner peace, and how to make the world a more compassionate place.  


2. TIME went live with George Takei from the new Star Trek exhibit at The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York City.


3. During historic flooding in West Virginia, a local TV reporter from WOAY Newswatch shared live video from a boat paddling through floodwaters looking for stranded residents.


4. The New York Times’ CEO Mark Thompson, a native of Britain and a former director-general of the BBC News, went live from France to talk about the Brexit referendum with Jim Rutenberg, the NYT’s media columnist.


5. Andrew Bird kicked off his weekly series “Live from the Great Room,” featuring special guest Blake Mills, and announced that he will play Carnegie Hall in December.


6. Amy Schumer used Facebook Live while on stage at Madison Square Garden to announce that she will be embarking on a world tour.


7. Leslie Odom Jr., who plays Aaron Burr in Hamiltonannounced his departure from the Tony Award-winning play via Facebook Live.


8.  NASA went live to welcome the International Space Station crew back to Earth after six months living and working in space.


9.  The Smithsonian’s National Zoo revealed the pregnancy of an endangered orangutan and shared the ultrasound on Facebook Live.


10. Keith Urban answered fan questions live during a tour stop in Canandaigua, New York and discussed his ripCORD World Tour.
